How long will my Beecher's Cheese last?

Unopened: your cheese will last a very long time (up to 6 months!) in the fridge if unopened.

Opened: once opened, your cheese will last around 3 weeks. Be sure to re-wrap the cheese with fresh plastic wrap every time you put it back in the fridge. Please note that it is very important that you use new plastic wrap each time.
